The apartments are located in the Corneliusstraße, in the southern city quarter called Severinsviertel. They are 19 sq.mt big and are located on the backside of an old building erected around 1900. They have a small entrance hall and a bathroom with shower and a window. In the living / sleeping room there is a queen-size bed which measures cm 140x200 cm or 150x200 cm, a spacious storage closet, as well as a table and 2 chairs. Further you have the possibility to use a »kitchenette« with 2 hotplates and a fridge, color-TV and a free WLAN Internet connection.
The apartments are light, modern and stylish equipped. Their position towards the rear court is very quite.

The Severin city quarter is one of the most well-established city quarters of Cologne with lots of restaurants, bars & clubs. Within spitting distance you can find the High School for Media (Kunsthochschule für Medien) and the cultural center »Bürgerhaus Stollwerck«. The flats are only 5 minutes walking to Chodwigplatz with connection to Strassenbahn, city tube Line 15 + 16. Also in 5 minutes walking you can reach the new Rheinauhafen (river harbour) with modern offices and buildings as well as housing constructions (Kranhäuser - crane building).
